To allow using ActiveX control:
In the
Microsoft Internet Explorer click the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options".
Click the "Security" tab and click the "Custom Level" button.
Enable "Download signed ActiveX controls".
Enable "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins".
Enable "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting".
Enable "Active scripting".
Click the "Ok" button.
In the Internet browser, please click "Refresh" from the "View" menu to make this ActiveX work.
